Delivery and discount terms

Shipping

It takes up to 7 days to process and ship your order after receiving the payment. After the dispatch of your order you will be provided with a Tracking number so that you can trace your package online.

In order to offer our customers the lowest possible shipping costs, we use the Delivery zones and the weight of the package to determine the lowest shipping price.

For the dispatch of your order we use the services of Speedy or DPD depending on from which warehouse will the products be send.

There is no minimum order quantity and minimum order amount.

Discounts

For orders over 300€* is the delivery within Germany free of charge.
For orders over 1000€* you get 5% discount.
For orders over 2000€* you get 10% discount.
